Hi,
If you have tried everything and really can't find Internet Explorer then try this:
Click on Start/Control panel/Add or remove Programs and Windows Components/Add/Remove Windows Components
and put a tick (check) in the box to the left of Internet Explorer, click on Ok and follow directions
