We currently run Mozilla Firefox, but also have always had Internet Explorer as well (as you know we would need for some things) It has somehow disappeared, not only the icon but I cannot find it anywhere. Help! Please! Thanks.

If you have tried everything and really can't find Internet Explorer then try this:
Click on Start/Control panel/Add or remove Programs and Windows Components/Add/Remove Windows Components
and put a tick (check) in the box to the left of Internet Explorer, click on Ok and follow directions
