My computer has had this problem for some time it seems to come and go. Lately it has become so bad I cannot use many of my applications. It is most noticeable with mouse movement, but also affects the sound and window resonse. I restart it and it seems better but will quickly come back. I disable all startup programs and it will still happen. Any thoughts? Would you like me to post a HJT log?
