Well basically i been helped here a couple of times but it seems that my computer is behaving weird and cpu usage is way too high when i dont even use nothing most of the time, i was studing the problem and this is what i found:

- Startup takes a long time: up to 15 minutes before it let's us actually do anything.
- It distorts any sound that is being played. Especially when anything else is happening on the computer. For instance when just playing music through itunes it is near perfect (with only the odd stutter). But if I then scroll through the list of songs it will badly stutter the music with the timing of my scroll. Even more so the sound is unbearable when watching a movie through any player.
- Loading programs, folders and even just browsing the internet is very slow.

All of the problems seem to be in normal mode & not in safe mode, i just wanna make sure if my computer didn't get reinfected or is still is infected cause my laptop is acting to weird to not be infected, The common cpu levels are 70% and above while not using anything! when im using something most of the time it goes above 90% and goes to 100%, anyways heres my Log:

If anyone can find a problem please help, its been going on for about a month now thanks!!!
Hi Znake, Welcome to the forums![external image: Posted Image]

My name is Ken, on these forums I am known as ktreffin. I will be helping you with your current problem. I know that you need your computer working as quickly as possible, and I will work hard to help see that it happens.

Seeing it has been a while since you posted the last HijackThis log, I would like to get a new one.

Step #1: Please post a new Hijack This Log
  • Please launch Hijackthis.
  • Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
  • Copy/Paste the log to your next reply please.
Please Remember:
DO NOT use the Analyze This button, its findings are dangerous if misinterpreted.
DO NOT have Hijackthis fix anything yet.

Step #2: Please make an Uninstall List using HiJackThis.

To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:
1. Start HijackThis
2. Click on the Config button
3. Click on the Misc Tools button
4. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.
5. Click on the Save list… button and specify where you would like to save this file. When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file. Simply copy and paste the contents of that notepad here in a reply.
As we work together to resolve your problem, please read these instructions carefully. You may wish to print them off or copy them to Notepad.

Lastly, please keep these points in mind:
  • If you have questions, please DON'T hesitate to ask!
  • The instructions I give are specific to your current problem and should not be used on other systems.
  • Please post your replies only to this topic, and please DO NOT start a new thread.
  • Since there may be multiple issues with your system, please continue to follow this thread until I have given you an "All Clean!"
Thank you for your patience.

Ken
