:dumb: Initially, sorry if this is not an appropriate place to post but my main purpose is to send apologies to Noviciate who was trying to help me with my HJT log recently - "Ad-Aware critical Veevo detected - how do I remove, please". After my initial cry for help and whilst awaiting a response, I mentioned my problem to a friend who, without my knowledge, asked advice of a more technically-minded acquaintance, who kindly sorted it out for me. I did send a message to express my gratitude for Noviciate's time and efforts, but obviously, as it turned out, time spent trying to help me was time that could have been spent helping someone else. So, to all concerned all I can say is "my apologies" and thank you for your assistance. :)
