Help with Trojan Virus

Everytime i Norton scans for virus it finds these 2 viruses, they both are downloader trojans and they cannot be fixed, deleted or quarentined. Its preax.ocx and sloadax.ocx. i need help or ideas on how i can remove them.

If you are running Windows 2000 or XP, download and run Ewido, here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

Select the (free) version. It will be full functioning.
Allow it to update its data base.
You don't need to select the background scanning functions.

Run it Manually.
