[Resolved] HAVE ONE OR MORE TROJANS NEED HELP PLZZZ

it says i have multiple virus such as Trojan horse generic13.aihj trojan horse generic13.aldx trojan horse generic13.aldu trojan horse vundo.gl i click heal/remove infected but they seem to keep coming back and i dont know what to do so if someone could plz help me it would be appreciated also i keep getting pops ups while i am using firefox
