cant opem movies in out look express file association error

hi guys have xp , since i have installed sp2 , i keep getting this error below when i try and open emails with movies etc, etc ,
what should the folder options be set on to correct this , thanks again , kaz

this file does not have a program associated with it to perform this action.create an association in the folders options control panel

i have nero 7 premium installed , i never had this problem before i formatted and installed sp2 , cheers xx :wavey:

How about using "Save As" and then handle the attachment once it has become a file on your hard drive. I would be remiss if I did not recommend precautions against malware. Consider that a recommendation. Best Regards
