I don't have much for you at this point. Looking in your Installed Software, I note that you have more than one instance of Drivers for Media, including Creative MuVo NX-TX, which cautions not to install the "firmware" if you are using other versions of Media Players. Don't know if that would make any difference, but you might consider uninstalling all third-party audio devices and audio device drivers and then re-install your C-Media Device driver. Take a look at the computer manufacturer's website to see if they post a download for the Audio Drivers appropriate to your machine. I'm not giving up, just stuck right now. Best Regards
