hey, i'm having a problem with my printer, i have installed the necessary drivers but it says the computer can not communicate with the printer…it wont print from any programs..ie notepad, microsoft word….
getting really annoyed i have tried uninstalling/reinstalling..and a few other things but have had no success…can someone please help me get this stupid thing working!!??

canon lbp 660 searched at their site comes up with a MultiFunction DeskTop class print/fax/copy/scan
How old is your unit?
Was this unit first used with Win95 / Win98 and now you're trying to use it with Win XP?
How is it connected? Parallel or USB
If USB check in Device Manager for any yellow or red warnings.
Remember that when installing USB driver software, you must do so "BEFORE" connecting the USB cable from the Printer to your Computer.
