I keep receiving the following error when pc is turned on and logged into: The Que file used by jetsuite fax has been corrupted or is otherwise unreadable. Please check or delete. ‘c\jetsuite\fax\send.q’ This fax/printer/scanner was recently installed via usb.
Have you ever had that printer successfully installed to the computer, and running successfully without the current error message? What operating system is the computer using. Keep in mind that peripherals connecting by USB must have the software installation completed before the peripheral (printer) is actually attached to the computer via USB. If you think you might have connected the USB cord before installing the software, completely uninstall all of the printer/fax/scan related software. Then disconnect the USB and reinstall the software, connecting the USB to you computer when the installation screen prompt directs you to do so. This printer seems to have been manufactured for use with Win 3.1, Win 95 and Win98. If you are using it now on your WinXP machine, you may have some searching to do on the HP site and possibly other places to get the needed patch/adaptation software for XP. Keep us posted with your progress as you are able. Best Regards
