Hi. i need some help-whenever i log out of windows xp pro/sp2, the utility manager starts. all the boxes are unchecked, but the program starts itself after log-out(appears on the log-in screen). is there a way to uninstall or disable this part of windows? help?!?!?!?! thanks!!!
