how to get help

Hi, I've been trying to get help for my pc since 12/11, finally figured how to post from a different computer (much thanks to Jacee) but now I don't know how to add a bump(s) to my posts. I finally posted with ahjt log but not sure how to call attention with a bump. Can anyone help please? Thanks, Robby Mcgee( last posted with hjt log on 12/17 approx. 3:00pm.)
