Icons "reset" themselves

Hello. Here is my problem-Sometimes, not all the time(although it happens about 50% of the time), whenever i close a window, my icons on my desktop "rollover" and reset themselves. They don't change their position, but they "reset" themselves. Anybody know why? I'm using XP Pro with Service Pack 2. Thanks!!!

This is normal, but if you would like to decrease the number of time this happens, do the following:

Using Internet Explorer: Single click on the link.
Using Firefox: Right-click and select "Save Link As…" on the following link:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits…ablerefresh.reg

Save the reg file to the desktop and double click it. It will ask you permission to merge the file to the registry, click "OK" and your done.
You might have to reboot for the changes to take effect.
