Can't start computer. Running win xp home edition. Computer on during power failure. Now when I start it goes to screen asking to start in safe mode or normal boot. It makes no difference which mode I choose the machine will just repeatedly reboot. Drivers seem to load until WINDOWS\STSTEM32\DRIVERS\IPVNMon.sys and then reboot. Any help please Bob
