When I try to power up my Dell Dimension 2350 XP Home computer when it is off, just pressing the switch results in nothing. When I hold the button, the CD drive light flashes and after 20-30 seconds the computer will boot up. I recently had popup problems that this site helped me fix in another forum. Any ideas. I am afraid to shut off the computer as it is used for our at home business. Thanks.
