printer dosen't work

the copy part of the printer/fax/copy machine didn't work so I tried to reload the printer from the cd disk and now nothing works! the printer doesn't work at all. I tried system restore but that just seemed to make things worse. any ideas?

Try downloading and installing the latest drivers for your printer from the manufacturer's website. The drivers that come on the install disc are usually old.
