Gigabyte mobo sata setup

I have a gigabyte 8KNXP motherboard and I recently added a 250G ide hard drive to my 250G SATA hard drive. It took some manipulation of the bios but now my DVD Drives do not appear when I boot up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I 'jiggled' the legacy connections and everything is go. It was nothing a good whack couldn't fix.
