Hi, I was told to install a program to resolve an issue with MSN Messenger 6.1 It's properties dialogue is titled "Internet Gateway" I'm running win98se and this program doesn't always load properly. The target for the program's shortcut is: C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\icsdclt.dll,ICSClient First, I've not figured out if it's even possible to uninstall this program. I'd like to. Any information on this please?
