Crazy Screen

Ok, sometimes, more often then not when Im browsing the web or something, the screen will go crazy, and it will start scrolling up and down really fast, and I cant stop it unless I close the window or wait a while while its minimized, and after a while the cpu beeps a couple times, the most so far is 4. I have no clue what is causing this and I would like to find out because its annoying and Im afraid it might be a virus or something. Does anyone else have this problem? Do any of you know what is causing this and how I can get rid of it? thanks

hi hal0freak, might try re-seating the memory and video card.

HEY, if you are going to do that, be extra careful of shocking your computer… Dont wear anything wool dont work on a carpeted area dont wear socks or shoes if you can help it dont walk around too much DO: ground yourself- touch somehting metal (constantly)

EDIT: and if you are going to do this, you might as well buy some canned air from a computer store and blow some canned air inside your computer
