I recently got a new notebook which has XP Home Edition SP2, and I noticed that when I'm in programs like Word, Excel, certain email programs, or even on the internet typing, the screen bounces around, or scrolls while I'm typing. I'm not sure if I'm explaining it very well, but basically, as I'm typing, the screen will every so often, move up and down, as if it's trying to adjust itself. I'm not sure if this is standard, if there's something wrong with my notebook, or if this is a setting that can be changed, but any information would be appreciated, as it's really annoying and I'd like to stop it.
