Uninstall Problem

This is not a problem HyjackThis can solve, but hope someone here can help. I recently installed a program and one small part is not working and instauctions through their help is to reinstall after a clean uninstall (usinhg add/remove programs). Now the problem….the program is not showing in add/remove nd a sdearch of the programs folder does not show an uninstall program file. Any suggestions? I tried top reinstall the program over the current install and get the error, cannot install until previous program has been properly uninstalled. Kinda stuck between that "rock and a hard place' here. Thanks, Larry

Have you tried a tool like regseeker yet?

I believe you can use to to remove programs, I only use it to clean my registry up so I cant say for certain how to use it.
