I have run xp for 2 years no problems, cpu usage approx 15%. Now all my folders have a "thumbs" and a "desktop" file in them, when deleted and the folder re opened it re appears. It does not re appear if I view opened folders in anything other that thumnail view. MY cpu usage is peaking at 80-95% most of the time now. please help.
