No Reply To Hjt Log

Hi, i posted a HJT log on Dec19 and so far have had no reply, I see under my details a sign saying "Warn(0%)" and a series of red bars. Can you explain this and is this the reason for no replies. i have not seen it on other members posts. Thanks
