Norton Internet Security 2005 & Windows 2000

Hi, I recently purchased Norton Internet Security 2005. I went to their web site for the Anti-Virus package and got suckered into upgrading to the whole secuirty package. Once the program was installed I couldn't get on the internet or get email anymore b/c Windows would just shut down. It would just click off and start to reboot itself. The only way I can get online now is to disable Norton - which kind of defeats the purpose. do you know of any problems with this product? Can I and should I return it? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
