are you wanting to to see the connections that have been established from your computer to internet
if yes then netstat -a shows you the info
go to start –> run—-> type cmd.exe (w2k and upwards) or command (w9x) and press enter
the dos box will pop up
type cd\ and press enter
to get to the root prompt which should be c:\>
then type netstat -a and press enter

You can try Armor2net Personal Firewall. It has a "Net State" function which can show the currently active connections and the details of these connections. Good luck!
