I've been trying to sort out a neighbours dialup connection.
The problem arises after she has been connected for between 3-5 minutes when the system disconnects ,then tries to reconnect automaticaly, but is unable to but keeps trying and to stop it from trying to connect she has to log off.
At the same time a new dialer program is created in the dial up net work called "ALL" that only shows a single digit connection number of "0"
This connection only appears after the disconnect and keeps being recreated at this point even after being removed.
I've run AGV (in normal & safe modes) as well as AntivirXP
Also I have scanned with AD Aware SE,Spybot,NOAdAware and spy cleaner.
but with no success.
So I have uploaded the HJT log to see if anyone can pick up in it what could be causing this problem

Now that you have Spybot, Start Spybot click mode make sure that advanced mode is checked.
Click tools>system startup Remove the green check mark on the ones

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [msnmsgsgsfa] C:\WINDOWS\msnmsgsgsaf.exe

Reboot and lets us know if if you have any more trouble please describe how your computer behaves.

The following have randomly named file names, and as such are normally malware.
Follow their process tree. Right click on the file and go to Properties.
Then go to the Version tab to see what company name it's from:and let me know,

C:\WINDOWS\msnmsgsgsaf.exe<

NOAdAware and spy cleaner.

And get rid of these.
Hi! Little Eagle, Sorry for the delay but the neighbour has been on nightshift and therefore I was unable to access here PC untill now. I de-selected the line in "Spybot" as you suggested and rebooted the PC. The aleration has seemed to have done the trick as She is no longer being disconnected and does not get the Alien Driver problem that she was experiencing before. As for right clicking the file c:\windows\msnmsgsgsaf.exe and selecting "prperties" to find the version number, the only information available was that it was an "archive file" and there was no "version tab" available to use. Mortda :)
