I am using Outlook 2003 and am unable to HotSync my Palm Pilot Vx. It can not find the Contacts folder although I am able to HotSync with the Desktop program that came with the Palm Pilot Vx. I am using Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition and using Intellisync to set up the connection. When I browse Outlook with Intellisync it finds the Personal Folders File but can not find the Contacts File below this one. I tried updating Office 2003 but when I do I get the message that my program is up to date. Has anyone a solution I can try. Thanks Jim
