I changed from Vista to XP professional and restored files using Acronis. In Outlook 2007 All distribution lists are empty and on trying to reconstruct the lists I find that having selected the contacts and pressed OK, no contacts are put into the list. A clue to the problem is that when writing an email and putting in the name of a contact as for example joe bloggs, when he is in the contacts list, I am told that this name is not recognised. Are the names in the wrong folder or in the wrong format?
