You might want to try scandbx. It helped me to repair my outlook express problems. Plus, there is an error lookup tool which I found to be incredibly useful. The nice thing about scandbx was that I didn't have to delete my email. When I talked with Microsoft support, I was told that I would have to delete my email. I have over 3 years of email storage on that system! There's no way deleting is a possibility. Anyway, I found the product to be very useful so I wanted to pass my success on. Good luck.

Hi Aman
Is this a new installation of XP on which you've never been able to use Outlook? Or have you had XP for a while and the problem with Outlook has only just started?
First thing to do is check that the Outlook.pst file is actually there. This is the file that holds all your emails/contacts/to do lists etc - everything that you have in Outlook.
I presume Anil Saxena is your user account on the computer. Use Windows Explorer to navagate to the following folder and check that it contains the Outlook.pst file:
C:\Documents and Settings\Anil Saxena\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
If the file isn't there, use Windows' search function to look for a file named outlook.pst. If it finds it in a different path, move it into the C:\Documents and Settings\Anil Saxena\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder (easiest way is to open this folder and then open the folder where Windows has found outlook.pst and drag the file across).
If there's no outlook.pst on your computer post back for more help.
Cheers...
