Can Not Use Windows Update

Last night I preformed a series of repairs ouutlined by daveai. (everything went smoothe but the windows update) My pc is running 100% better, thanks a million!
There are still some pop-ups and symantec is still putting viruses in my Quarantine, however it is doing this with success.(W32Spybot.DHV, W32IRCBot.G,etc.)
I'm posting a new thread seeing that my last one is back on the 3rd page, and here is a ne hijackthis log.
