Can't Remove Musicmatch 8.2

If I am posting a topic that doesn't belong on this forum then I appologize, I thought it might be ok since it's an OPEN FORUM. I have Musicmatc Jukebox 8.2 installed on my pc that is running Win XP Home. I went to remove it today through add/remove progams in the control panel and it says that it was successfully removed but yet it still shows up and can be fully launched through the start menu. It is still on the drive where it was installed and still shows up in the list of programs in add/remove programs. I have tried several times with the same results. There is no uninstaller with the program and I have not had much luck on the Musicmatch site. Has anyone heard of this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated or if i am posting in the wrong place perhaps someone might know wher I may get some help with this problem. Thanks
