intelligent advisor

could some please help me as i'm going out of my mind about this stupid intelligent advisor. i have removed the program for playmp3z from my add/remove programs. then i rebooted and look in my c;files for the intelligent advisor, it was still there and tried (as posted in another topic i read a few minutes ago). to delete it from there but it wouldnt let me as it says its in use. i dont know how to stop it from running in order for me to delete it. i do remember that i need to run and exe to find out what programmes are running on start up but i cnat remember the files description to enable me to run file. i hope that someone understads this post and can help to get rid of this intelligent advisor as it is putting virus's on my pc all the timne. Please help....someone Lisa
