browser wont load windows wont stay open [Solved]

Hi,

I cannot get Microsoft Edge to load  its says to retry, buy it continues to do nothing.  Firefox will load,  but then I get the Microsoft has shut down your computer because of suspicious activity. 

I downloaded the two files you asked to do  however\

when i try to run them i get  a file system error (-1073741795)   for both files

Not sure what next step to take  please advise.

Hello kitzie and welcome back to the WTT forum.

Despite the 'suspicious activity' message, this is likely a Windows problem either related to corrupt files or a problem with updates. I would suggest that you start a topic in our Windows forum here where they have more expertise in these matters.

When you have received help there, if you still suspect that you have a malware issue we'll have a look for you.

I'll wait for your reply and, if you're happy with that, I'll close this topic for now, (you can always PM me to re-open it)..
