Hi Everyone,

 

I brought Dell Keyboard & mouse combo (KM113) 2 years ago, till now its working fine. Today keyboard keys not working, but multimedia keys are working fine, like volume up/down/mute, calculator, home, mail ….Mouse is working fine,  

 

Can anyone help me out of this. 

 

My System Details:

 

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Sorry to hear about the keyboard issue.

 

The first step is to borrow a known good working keyboard and plug this in, reboot your computer and let us know how you get on.
