This laptop was dropped and now the keyboard doesn't work. I ran the keyboard diagnostic and all keys worked. The keyboard was deleted and reinstalled in device manager. The keyboard driver was updated. I feel that there may be a malfunctioning sensor and the laptop thinks it's in tablet mode.

Thanks,
Joel

Rockaway1,

Were you able to resolve this?
