if you using any other logitech devices other than the wireless mouse then ignore this post and let me know.

ok lets start from the beginning,

first make sure you have all 3 programs downloaded

flow scroll :- scroll_app_4.00.33.exe
Logitech Unifying Software :- unifying250.exe
setpoint 64bit :- SetPoint6.65.62_64.exe

and are using a wired mouse, because we are going to uninstall everything to do with logitech which may stop the wireless mouse working.

go into add/remove programs and find anything to do with logitech, and uninstall it.

then delete the logitech folder.

once everything has been deleted and there is nothing left, remove the mouses wireless receiver and reboot.

now you shouldn't have any conflicts with any older software that was installed for any older logitech devices,

so once back in windows first install the unifying software, then the setpoint software and last the flowscroll software,

now install the usb receiver and wait while it finds and installs the drivers, now everything should be working again.
