I open up msconfig, did a diagnostic startup and get these errors. "Windows cannot find 'の使い方の使い の使い方の使い方の使い方の使' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click start button, and then click search." Then I close this and another one comes up with this. "Could not load or run 'の使い方の使い の使い方の使い方の使い方の使' specified in the registry. Make sure the file exists on your computer or remove the reference to it in the registry." I look in the startup tab in msconfig and I have two entrys. の使い方の使いの... 使い方の使い方の使... SOFTWARE\Microsoft|Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows の使い方の使いの... 使い方の使い方の使... SOFTWARE\Microsoft|Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows I cannot find this on my computer or in the registry, so to prevent the error everytime Windows starts I unchecked them in msconfig, startup tab, and do a Selective startup. What the heck is this and why does it load up on normal startup if I can't find it on my comp. or in the registry, anyone have any ideas?

I know it hasn't been very long since you posted your last log file... But something may have wormed it's way into your machine. Please post a fresh log file for inspection. :)
Micah 6:8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

Ah, stupid me I didn't re-check this in msconfig on my last cleanup recently. It will probably show up now, thanks for taking a look see, and helping me out in advance. I think I see the culprit but don't know what it is. Here is the fresh log.

I don't know  I'm not seeing "bad" things in the log... :(

Perhaps paperport is Incompatable with XP? Why would it say HKCU? Instead of HKLM? I don't get it. HKCU doesn't exist in the reg. just HKLM.
