I cannot find my full list of downloads. It just shows me a few them. And the only ones it shows are pictures i have downloaded off FaceBook. I should have a whole bunch of them. I cannot find the fie that had the downloads along with the "setups" like chromesetup and esetsetup and a bunch of names I don't know what they are. Is it even necessary to be able to find those files? If I need to download something, can't I just download again. I have it set in FF that all downloads go to the downloads file.
You had my hopes up there - but they are not there. When I go to my downloads file, this is all that is there. Also, should "desktop" be under Libraries or Favorites. Things got in all the wrong places a while back and i don't know if it makes any difference or not. You know when you download these programs and save them and then install them = well, I can't find those, but do i need to? I had a bunch of files similar to the "esetmartinstaller" file. I would open a folder and it filled the whole page with stuff I didn't have a clue what was. But I didn't get rid of it, unless it goes away when you clean the cache. When I go up to History in FF there is a download file there, but all that is in there are picture downloads, and only a few at that. 📎another_download_pic.PNG
usually the desktop folder is located at c:\users\{username}\desktop on systems newer than XP. Once you've installed the program… you don't need the installer file anymore. I keep saying "usually" because you can customize your system to put these folders in "non standard" locations.
