Can't seem to install Cmedia Audio Driver

I cant seem to install Cmedia Driver on my PC.. its windows xp sp3… the driver came from my motherboard support CD… but when i started to install the audio driver this message comes out…

I tried all the alternatives. the windows audio at services.msc
and the buit in drivers that comes from the os works all fine

is it just my built in sound card is just broken??

For starters your links are broken, if you copied the url from within your account no one but you can see them, you need to go into the album, select the picture you want us to see, then look for a "Share" link, for me they are on the right when looking at the picture, select the direct link, and paste that back here, repeat for each pic concerned. Once you can get those sorted we can see more of what your on about, but if you can reply with what protection you are running, and as best you can recall if you can recall when it last worked, and anything you may have done just prior to this happening, it may help reveal some clues, but if you can sort the links we can start looking at possible things to try.

That's may be the problem. It is likely the CD was created before SP3 was released. I recommend you visit the motherboard (or PC) maker's website to get the latest drivers.
