Dear Sir,

I have SONY VAIO Netbook. My problem with my Netbook is BSOD & OS not found.

I have checked for Malware/Rootkit with the help of Malware Removal Expert (MRU) , & the softwares which he suggested like DDS, OTS,GMER etc. for scanning

According to him, No Malware/Rootkit is causing the problem.

He suggested me your website for Hardware related issue.

I also think it may be Hardware Issue.

Even though i contacted SONY, they just told me to Press ASSIST button. I have pressed ASSIST button Twice to SOLVE the Problem.

Pressing ASIST button Did Not Help me at all. After Pressing ASSIST Button also i experienced the same problem.

MY SONY VAIO Netbook Info :

Model No : VPCYB35AN

OS version: Windows 7 Starter (32-bit)

Hard Disk Drive(HDD) : 320 GB

Memory:2 GB

AMD: Dual-Core E-450 APU



so how should we start Sir ?

Kindly Advise me.
