Hello again Derpina

There was no mention of "Rootkit" because none was found.

Four of the programs that we ran are capable of showing up the prescence of rootkits which is why we run them: however, none showed any sign.

There is another that we can try but if this also shows up clear I'm afraid you will have to put your faith in Ztruker to work his magic.

Run TDSSKiller

Please download TDSSKiller.zip
  • extract it to your desktop
  • double click TDSSKiller.exe
  • press Start Scan

    only if Malicious objects are found then ensure Cure is selected. Do not change it to Delete or Quarantine as it may delete infected files that are required for Windows to operate properly.

  • click Continue > Reboot now

  • copy and paste the log in your next reply
  • a copy of the log will be saved automatically to the root of the drive (typically C:\) called TDSSKiller_*** (*** denotes version & date)

You can tell Ztruker that as far as I'm concerned your computer is rootkit-free.
