wifi stucks my laptop

some days ago, i turned on my laptop in a public wifi zone where i used to work before, and my laptop just stucked, it wont do anything at all, i couldnt open any program or even refresh desktop… i can only use wifi in safe mode with networking and it gots lots of problems coz i cant use my webcam and audio driver isnt recognized..what can i do?? thanks for helping me
