internal wireless card

our laptop apparently has an internal wireless card it used to work but doesn't anymore. We have no idea what stopped it from working or how to fix or even find it……… Please advise and I'm sorry for wasting your time on what is probably an obvious question. Thanks

Hi sarah264, You're not wasting anybody's time by posting a computer related problem that you need to resolve. That's exactly what TC's Forums are all about. I snuck a peek at your HJT Log over in the Malware Removal Forum. You do have some instances of Malware. Please follow the instructions of your Malware Removal advisor once you get a response over there. If you continue having difficulty with your machine after the Malware has been removed, your advisor may refer you back over here to complete any remaining work. Best Regards
