i dont recieve e-mails of pictures. no indication they were ever sent. i do recieve them on my yahoo e-mail. also can open attachments in outlook,but, no indication when pictures are sent... any suggestions??????

Most likely you have set Tools->Options, Read, "Read all messages in plain text".
