My yahoo page doesn't have icons just some words. I can manage to get around somehow to the important stuff but it won't go forward or backward or show any pictures. I don't even know how to describe what it is like because I have never seen it before. I hope I am at the right place because I am being shuffled. I am scared that I won't get back to where I was, And I can't afford a tech. I don't understand the majority of what you told other people to do, your ISE or something like that. IE is acting the same way. I went into display themes, but nothing worked there either. All I did was leave my computer room for a while and came back to this. I think I was doing a restart or shut down and restart because things were going to slow, but anyway, I came back to this. I happen to be right in the middle of something (as most people probably are) and I would like to get this settled. Is there a way I can send you a picture of the way my home page looks like or do you have a pretty good idea. I hope you can help, I don't know who I would call. Thanks you

Can anyone help. I keep rinstalling the latest version of yahoo and it automatically comes along with messenger, no change at ll. Did you get my page where it shows all white. I am trying to get in touch with Yahoo help over phone, after 25 minutes, I'm hanging up. I don't know where else to go for help.
