some local places like Tiger Direct still have them, you just have a call around. There are some reputable places on ebay selling left over stock, but just be careful. You can still use your old key, so it's just the operating system you need.

as long as the Manufacturer is the same as the Manufacturer of your machine it's probably all you need, but I would contact the Manufacturer of your machine first just to make certain.
