iNSTALLING A PROGRAM

I have a relatively new Toshiba 550 Satellite Pro laptop and recently purchased a sierra telsta big pond mobile broadband stick and when I go to install it I keep receiving a message "Cannot find TRU=Install" I have gone to search for it and it is definitely not installed in this computer. Can you tell me how to get this installed into this computer. Many thanks.

Hello crasher12,

I would normally suggest downloading the latest driver from the Sierra website…. but it seems to be having "problems" :

You could try downloading this driver :

Assuming that you can get it for the right device, it 'should' work.

Cheers,
Nahumi

Many thanks Nahumi. that did work. Well done.
