arranging ie favourites

If I arrange my ie favourites in the folder on the C: drive, will it change the favourites list in ie to the same, or would it be quicker/easier to do in ie itself. Thanks for reading and in advance for any help offered.

Do it in IE favorites, not it's Windows folder. Cheers, Lee

Thanks for the reply, Lee Silly question 2 coming up. What is the best way to put them onto dvd/flash drive. Exporting, or dragging/burning from Windows folder.

Just export them.
