cant remove programs in add/remove software control pannel

Hi, It seems that there alot alot of programs in controll panel /software where is no no remove or change button button. Only the programs installed before the cleaning have no button the others are ok. Can someone help me ? Regards

Hi stapper, welcome to WhatTheTech. I think you left out a few things? What cleaning? What do you mean by "control panel / software"? DO you mean Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs? What programs are not removable?
