add or remove progarms problem

Normally when I go to add or remove programs and click on one of the listed programs it gives me the option to uninstall it. But now when i go there all it says is how often i use it and how big it is. There is no button to remove it. does any one know a fix for this.

go to add/remove programs panel, at top there is a drop down menu next to>> Sort By: make sure Name is selected and not one of the others

its already sorted by name but its still messed up

try running system file checker

start>run> type in: sfc /scannow
there is a space after sfc
